This position will be responsible for all aspects of estimating assigned projects:
- Issue RFIs - Schedule Takeoffs - Specification Review - Incorporation of Addendums - Material Quotes - Bid Review - Preparation of Proposals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - 3
years of experience estimating and quoting Security, CCTV, Access Control systems preferred, but will consider candidates with related experience in a similar industry.
- Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
