As a Maintenance Person, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery.
You will partner with the Facilities Manager and the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license High school diploma COVID -19 Vaccination approved exemption status Duties:
Performing routine maintenance such as fixing leaks, replacing doors and windows.
Ensuring facility is clean and safe to live in by sweeping and picking up trash.
Responding to maintenance calls from residents and assisting other departments with repairs when needed.
Coordinating repairs with other departments when needed.
In addition to the duties listed, you will also perform other duties as assigned.
