Position Summary
To greet customers in a pleasant manner and to guide/walk customers to products and services. These activities are to be performed in an efficient, accurate, and pleasant manner to ensure customer requirements are met and build customer loyalty by providing unparalleled customer service.
Job Responsibilities

  • Must have passion about shopping for others (shop as though you are shopping for someone you love) and understand the store and vast array of product offerings

  • Accurately select, bag and stage grocery orders for customers

  • Assist with the collection, loading and acceptance of payment for customer pick-up orders

  • Provide assistance w/on-line grocery customers via the phone and in-person

  • Comfortable with and efficiently use technology, including the Internet

  • Responsible for controlling some expense within a department.


Education and Training Required

  • No High School diploma required


Experience Required

  • 0 to 6 months


Experience Desired

  • Working towards a high school diploma


Age Requirement

  • At least 18 years of age

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
